Field-based internship across 8 states
The Young Leaders Internship Program, known as iSparks, is Sampark Foundation’s flagship field internship for young individuals eager to experience education transformation at the grassroots level.
Duration: 8–12 weeks
Location: Field placements across Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra
Eligibility: Undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct school visits and classroom observations
- Support teachers in implementing Sampark’s learning solutions
- Collect and analyse programme data
- Monitor programme quality and share feedback
- Assist in community and stakeholder engagement activities
iSparks work closely with schools and teachers, playing a crucial role in ensuring that innovations are implemented effectively and reach every child.
