Young Leaders Internship Program (iSparks)

Field-based internship across 8 states

The Young Leaders Internship Program, known as iSparks, is Sampark Foundation’s flagship field internship for young individuals eager to experience education transformation at the grassroots level.

Young Leaders Internship Program (iSparks)

Duration: 8–12 weeks
Location: Field placements across Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra
Eligibility: Undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct school visits and classroom observations
  • Support teachers in implementing Sampark’s learning solutions
  • Collect and analyse programme data
  • Monitor programme quality and share feedback
  • Assist in community and stakeholder engagement activities
