About the position

The incumbent must be a MBA, with an experience of around 4-8 years. He/She would oversee all matters relating to Accounting / Taxation/ Financial control.

  1. Responsible to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, legal, regulatory, and organization procedures. Monitors department policies and procedures to ensure that the Finance Department supports the overall business objective.
  2. Develop a framework of financial metrics for implementing Corporate Strategy and enabling financial control.
  3. Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and annual reports.
  4. Would oversee getting the annual audits done and will oversee driving the internal audit and all statutory compliance of the organisation.
  5. Monthly MIS Preparation and various presentations to top Management
  6. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan/Budget.

We are looking for Full Stack Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the application. The primarily focus of this position is to develop the server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to the requests from the front-end reporting module. Integrating the different api to collect data in centralized database from the different data sources and create require reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  2. Writing reusable, testable and efficient code.
  3. Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
  4. Implementation of security and data protection.

Essential Skills:

  1. A minimum experience of 3+ years in areas relevant to the role description, above.
  2. Strong understanding of JavaScript. Good knowledge of Node.js, Angular and mongoDB
  3. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  4. Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors.
  5. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3.
  6. Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
  7. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
  8. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  9. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  10. Good Knowledge of using Git for code versioning and deploying the code using Git on AWS.

About the position

The position works under direct guidance of Co-Founder, Anupama Nayar and in collaborative relationship with Field Operations at respective levels to document and codify school practices for clarity, consistency, and replicability. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

This Business Performance position will work to bring the transformation further into the company with concentration on cross-functional initiatives. The RDO is focused on supporting improved business performance, target achievement and strategic initiatives that are key to Sampark’s future performance. The position will have regular interaction with executive leaders and support teams to solve business problems. 

About the position

The successful candidate will lead, or provide liaison support, for components of functional change initiative(s), drive improvement opportunities, develop processes and toolkit, develop approaches to improve productivity and implement comprehensive change strategies to transform the organization and enable it to adapt to business challenges. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead internal efforts of continuous improvement to the transformation process and be a subject matter expert on change management. The RDO helps to implement programmatic systems and processes developed by the Continuing SF’s Transformation initiative, advance organizational transformation capability development, and execute projects to continue the SF transformation in the function. These activities will help ensure long term success and adoption of transformational capabilities within the function. 

Key responsibilities

  1. The role of the RDO member will be to guide the team in the right/planned methodology, drive innovative transformational thinking, ensure fair process, escalate issues, and ensure high quality deliverables in line with the Sampark’s processes
  2. Cross sub-functional initiative support work with teams to solve problems.
  3. Tracking and Reporting track and report project status as required by the results delivery office for organizational role up and review.
  4. Act as a resource to the function for tools and methodology to solve business problems. 
  5. Internal process improvement on the sharing of best practices across the organization and updating guidance documents to reflect evolving practices.
  6. Change Management work with teams in the development and execution of change management plans
  7. Valuation and Validation business case support for teams to value ideas, options and investments. Validation of results realized, methodology used, and long-term sustainability of improvements.
  8. Idea & Project Portfolio Management Support idea generation in functions to ensure a pipeline of ongoing projects and pending ideas to align with short and long-term targets. 
  9. Additionally, functional tracking may be required per the President Maintenance.

Experience and Education requirements:

  1. Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Finance and/or Technology
  2. 5+ years of experience in Social development organizations
  3. 6+ years of cross-functional consulting, project management, and/or Liaison experience
  4. Experience at a top tier Management Consulting Firm
  5. Strong presence with Senior Executives
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents

  1. The candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
  2. Proficient in Graphic Design software such as adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere, FCP, Image Creativity and Illustrator.
  3. Advanced skill in Photoshop, illustrator, AUTO-CAD, Video Editing is mandatory and other adobe tools. Should be up to date with the latest design trends, technique and technologies.
